Bootcamp
Our outdoor Bootcamp is fast paced and plenty of fun. It will improve your overall strength and fitness using a mixture of kettle bells, slam balls and body weight exercises and running. We train all year round, come rain or shine.
fIT&STRONG
FIT&STRONG is our indoor class. We will use a wide range of equipment and training styles to provide a dynamic, full body workout with the aim of boosting your strength, building muscle and improving your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance

Memberships
To book a drop-in to one of our classes, follow the link above. This will allow you to purchase a class credit and then take you to the class schedule to book a class with your credit.
